Thanks guys for a lovely stay on a business trip. Double room is well-appointed, has a well equipped bathroom. The breakfast is particularly good and delicious, and the location is beautiful close enough to the river in littlehampton, town centre and seafront and town station. 

The rooms at this family-run hotel were a nice size with a comfortable bed.

The staff were amazingly attentive the whole time of my stay.

The twin room is recently refurbished, we also really enjoyed wonderful views. The hotel is situated in the beachfront location near the railway station.

The location was beachfront, close enough to lots of nice cafes, the bar restaurant and the road. Found a place called Badsaint, set around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel, ate there a few times. It was a nice 

It was a family-run hotel that covered all our needs. The staff were very attentive and the facilities were good. The location was nice, below in the pub and the interior design was modern.

Their staff were awful.

I got complimentary double room with a comfy bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast was absolutely superb and delicious with nice view, pastries plus cakes and frequently replenished. Everything was really good, I would recommend.  

I must comment on its beachfront location - it was ideal.
